  • Rachelle joined CBRE in 2021 in the role of transaction coordinator within the conveyancing team. Building on her Legal Assistant designation, she is currently working towards the paralegal designation with a specialization in real estate. Rachelle's dedication to her role is evident in her attention to detail and her effective client communication.

    In April 2024, she transitioned to the industrial Specialist Team, where she continues to utilize her legal experience and deliver service to our clients.

  • Sheriden joined CBRE in 2021 after graduating from the UBC Sauder School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Double Specialization in Marketing and Real Estate with Honours. After gaining valuable experience from other top-performing teams at the company for the past three years, Sheriden joined the Industrial Specialists Team in August 2024. She manages the development and execution of the team's property marketing strategies and client deliverables. Her keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and creativity are combined to implement market-leading digital and print collateral.
