Alex Mei joined CBRE Limited in 2018 after graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce. Alex has demonstrated he is detail oriented and thorough and looks out for his clients’ best interests. Working alongside Joel, Steve, and Mercedes, their team services clients throughout Metro Vancouver. They have represented investors and owner-users in acquisitions, leasing, and disposition of assets of various sizes.

In the summer of 2019, Luc gained the opportunity to intern at the Toronto West CBRE office where he quickly stood out amongst his peers, and won the Founders Award. He received this scholarship as a result of an idea suggesting improvement to CBRE’s internal education process. Having been born in Tsawwassen, Luc decided to move back to Vancouver after graduating from The University of Western Ontario in 2020, where he shortly thereafter started at CBRE. After a year of dedicated research in the industrial asset class, he joined the top producing industrial team in Western Canada alongside Joel Barnett, Steve Brooke and Alex Mei. Luc has been a great addition to the team, by helping extend its market share. He prides himself in helping clients through a smooth deal process, giving them more time to focus on their business operations.

As a Marketing Assistant, Catherine leverages her expertise in social media, marketing and email strategy to execute client deliverables.
Since joining CBRE Vancouver’s Industrial Specialists in 2023, her keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and creativity are combined to implement market-leading digital and print collateral. Her ability to understand and communicate with the audience and manage projects for the team has led to continuous successful transactions for Joel, Steve and Alex.

Rachelle joined CBRE in 2021 in the role of transaction coordinator within the conveyancing team. Building on her Legal Assistant designation, she is currently working towards the paralegal designation with a specialization in real estate. Rachelle's dedication to her role is evident in her attention to detail and her effective client communication.
In April 2024, she transitioned to the industrial Specialist Team, where she continues to utilize her legal experience and deliver service to our clients.
